I can also access my notebook from the Android app on a tablet with no problems or error messages. No error messages, was able to look at all sections and pages, etc. I logged into OneNote Online and my notebook seemed fine.
So what should I do? Delete the cache or allow OneNote to sync? Will this resolve conflicts with the app version? What precautions should I take before the proceeding with either alternative? If deleting is the solution, how is it done? I can't find explicit instructions for OneNote 2016. Every time I open the app, it tells me it "Conflicts! Server version shown."
